Creativity solves challenges.
My 2020 law school graduation was canceled because of the pandemic. I was crushed because that day was not only my graduation day, but it was also my birthday. Instead of choosing defeat, I decided that I would produce my own virtual graduation with hosts, musical performances, and honorees. Why not?
I designed all of the marketing assets, hired the hosts and voice-over talent for the show opening and transitions, curated the musical performances, edited the show flow and script, created the awards for each of the honorees, and edited the special graphics and videos for the live stream. All in two weeks. I was able to produce an experience not only to celebrate a huge personal achievement but for the audience to enjoy with me.
In essence, I've sharpened this quick-on-your-feet thinking paired with experience in design, production, and event management for over 15 years. Managing and curating moments for those on stage, backstage, and in the audience is what I do.
It's what I love to do.
